Q: What field options exist for Issaquah FC teams?

We utilize the following fields for practices and games. Your team's specific practices and games will be communicated to you by your Coach or Team Manager. For more questions about practices and games, visit the Practice FAQ and Game FAQ pages.

Grass Fields (subject to field availability):

  • Challenger Elementary: 25200 SE Klahanie Blvd, Issaquah 98029

  • Tibbetts Valley Park: 965 12th Ave NW, Issaquah 98027

  • Beaver Lake Middle School, baseball outfield: 25025 SE 32nd St, Issaquah 98029 (U8/9 only)

  • Beaver Lake Park: 2526 244th Avenue SE, Sammamish, 98075

  • Pine Lake Park: 2401 228th Ave SE, Sammamish 98075

  • Veteran's Memorial Field: 120 2nd Ave NE, Issaquah 98027

  • Klahanie Park (Field 1 is closest to parking lot): 25000 SE Klahanie Blvd, Sammamish, WA 98027

Q: How do you determine who gets fields?

It's a mix of science and magic. :) When requests exceed available fields, the following priorities apply:

  • Age: U14 & younger get earlier time slots; U15+ get later ones

  • Coaches with Multiple Teams: Logistical needs and recognition of contributions

  • Game Days: Sunday game teams get Tue/Thu practices for recovery time; turf teams practice on turf when possible

  • Coaches Who Are Referees: Supports the club’s referee pool standing within EYSA

  • Club-Sponsored Clinics: Coach training, Fall MOD clinic, Keeper clinics, etc.

  • Board Membership: Including active non-board members providing ongoing value (e.g., webmaster)

  • Other Volunteer Contributions: One-time significant contributions (e.g., anniversary events
